To recognize the pervasiveness of trauma in the world as well as the effect it can have on individuals and groups. We anticipate how trauma survivors may respond to our words and actions, and we do our part to not cause further harm but instead foster growth, resiliency, and healing.

To actively encourage people to use their power and voice by helping people develop skills such as self-advocacy and assertiveness.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
How daily cognitive habits affect a person's well-being, emotions, biology, and behavior. It includes mental health and substance use disorders, life stressors, crises, and stress-related physical symptoms.
